If you see someone in a car trying to buy sex, you can report them to participating law enforcement agencies using Report John. In Santa Clara County the link connects you to the San Jose Police Department (SJPD). Give as many details as you can, including the license plate, vehicle description, location, activity, and if possible, a photo. The police department will send a visibility letter to the registered owner informing them about the realities and consequences of buying sex including imprisonment and human trafficking.
